Spiritual Mindset Life Coach

We want to get to know you! Briefly tell us about yourself: Where you came from, where you've been and how you live your dream (or are working toward it).

Krysti Turznik is an international speaker, author, hypnotist, and spiritual mindset life coach helping women who feel mentally drained, physically exhausted, and spiritually depleted create a life with more meaning and value. She shows them how to leverage the scientific and spiritual principles that respond to their mindset, overcome self-sabotage, harness their innate power, and intentionally and purposefully create a life they don’t need to escape from where every day can feel like a day at the beach. She inspires and equips people with practical tools and the desire to etch away rough edges and implement personal changes required to live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. Krysti’s #1 best-selling book, Mindset Magic: Using Scientific & Spiritual Principles to Create Your Life, has been endorsed by Michael Bernard Beckwith. She holds a Master Degree in Metaphysics, Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, is an ordained minister, and a consulting hypnotist who has been helping people improve their lives for nearly two decades. She healed a medically diagnosed heart condition through deep inner work and healing and deeply understands the power we have within ourselves. Additionally, she achieved tremendous personal and professional success, despite the impact her husband's drug addiction had upon her family at the same time.

How do you define success and how do you stay motivated to keep working toward it?

Success, to me, is allowing yourself to set a goal and work toward it, knowing you already have everything you need within yourself to make that dream possible. It's trusting that because you have the dream you also have the ability to bring it to fruition. I stay motivated to keep working toward it by remembering I'm here with a purpose and for a purpose, and by being who I am meant to be I am uplifting the world in my own special and unique way.

What’s been your biggest challenge, perceived failure or fear and how did you overcome it?

When I was younger I didn't believe in myself and thought I had nothing of value to offer. I realized (after many years of introspection), that all of the things I thought were weaknesses were my gifts and strengths and they helped me to understand myself more deeply. More recently, I've been reminded that we're all powerful creators in our own lives (for better or worse) and that anytime we choose to we can become aware of what we and our lives have become and shift things so we become more in alignment with our desires.

What’s the best advice you’d give to a younger you?

There is nobody else exactly as you are, and you are meant to impact the world in ways you cannot even imagine. Believe and trust in yourself and follow the calling within, and you'll experience a life filled with miracles and magic.

Share a book, quote and/or idea that's impacted you the most:

The Power of Intention by Wayne Dyer

What are you most proud of? Go ahead, boast a little!

I'm most proud of the endorsement I received from Michael Bernard Beckwith for my book, Mindset Magic. I had no connection to him, yet believed deeply in my work, and reached out to him with my request. By asking, I was given tremendous gifts.

What is something surprising about you?

I love the ocean but the deep water scares me

What is your favorite vice/guilty pleasure/strange habit? Come on now, we all have them!

I love to snack on chocolate chip morsels and cookie dough (sometimes my daughter and I make cookie dough mainly so we can eat it)

Share a time when a perceived failure was actually a blessing in disguise.

I've never thought in terms of failure, but more in diversions. I've come to learn that when opportunities that seemed good at the time fall apart, there is something bigger and better around the corner.

What's the smartest investment you’ve made for yourself?

investing in support/business coaches for my business
