Briefly tell us about yourself: Where you came from, where you've been and how you're living your dream?

I define myself as an intuition coach because I have been gathering information about how I believe life works since I was a child. My aunt had a psychic reading done for me when I was a few months old, and after finding it in my late 20's, I came upon a road map that described my life up to that point, and what could be for my future. It describes how I am uniquely and highly in tune with metaphysical, psychic and spiritual energy and that I am meant to affect the masses. That's quite a tall order, but I do believe it is in line with how I have experienced life thus far. At the same time, I balance these creative abilities with a very logical brain. This is something that has allowed me to document all I've learned about people, energy and how I believe life works. After falling prey to cults and master manipulators, then realizing the signs and patterns that come along with this submission of power, I have dedicated my life to helping others understand the answers they have within and trusting their intuition -- a strengthening of inner power and a connection to a personal outer power. I primarily help people unblock any barriers that are holding them back from become the best version of themselves and from achieving their dreams. I believe we need to clear space in order to move ourselves forward and manifest all we want in life. My coaching practice includes a method that breaks through these barriers and positions my clients for forward movement and success. The best part of working with my clients is witnessing their growth right before my eyes and watching them release unnecessary blockages. It's so rewarding...and it's frankly just really cool!

How do you define success?

Success is forward moment. It doesn't matter how far we get, nor how fast we get there; it's about being willing to grow, envisioning what we want, asking for it, then simply doing the work to attain it.

What did it take to make your dream happen and how do you make it sustainable?

All it took to make my dream happen was for me to witness a client growing right before my eyes. The first time I put my process of releasing resentments (part of the blockage work I do) into action, I could not believe how powerful it was. I was helping clients grow exponentially. People who suffered for years around PTSD, abuse, trauma, limiting beliefs -- all gone within a matter of hours. The feeling I had as a witness to this work was indescribable and I knew then I had to do this for a living. I went to school and became a certified professional coach and now can work freely with my clients using this method. I can't say that I have "arrived", because I don't believe that is a wise way for me to measure my accomplishments (although I love celebrating and do this often!); but what I can say is that "living the dream" is a state of mind, and I gratefully can remain in this state when my intuition is aligned with my purpose.

What are you most proud of? Go ahead, boast a little!

I am most proud of coming up with a definition of intuition that is not like most. Many believe intuition is a "gut feeling" or getting as spiritually aligned as possible. I believe intuition is when our four dimensions (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual) are in respective optimal states and are then in balance in relation to one another. This creates an intuitive flow that is not based on fear- or anxiety-related messages, but rather an alignment with purpose and at the same time grounds us. It brings forward clair senses and allows us to see miracles and opportunities everywhere. Synchronistic moments will be abundant and perspective is wide yet detailed. It's incredible to live this way, and it brings me joy to help others strengthen their intuition to achieve this level of insight and perspective.

What was your biggest obstacle/fear and what was your turning point?

When I was 17, I was diagnosed with a condition that would change the trajectory of my life. In fact, my mother said I would be on disability for the rest of my life, and I believed her. Despite that, I did everything I could to prevent it. I took my health very seriously, I learned about my condition and how to care for it. As I got older, I was achieving and living a normal life, but yet that belief I would be disabled some day, and that all I had built in my life would come crashing down, was still so strongly implanted. During a coaching exercise in school, I worked with another coach on this limiting belief and was able to release it. The freedom I felt afterward allowed me to fearlessly become a coach and simply go for the life I wanted with nothing holding me back. I do not have fear today and I know I can accomplish and manifest anything I desire.

What’s the best advice you’d give to a younger you?

Document the highlights, struggles and lessons that you experience every day.

How do you stay motivated and purposeful when you feel overwhelmed?

I reach out to my outer power and ask that it take anything I can't control away and help remind me what I can control.

Tell us a time when a perceived failure was actually a blessing in disguise or served you in a surprising way.

This is hard to answer because I don't believe in failure. I believe in "lessons" and "blessings". If I looked at my life in terms of failures or successes, I would be judging myself, and I have learned I want to be gentle with myself, which includes simply observing. I have just learned to always keep moving forward as I refine myself or my processes with pleasure.

What is your favorite vice/guilty pleasure/strange habit? Come on now, we all have them!

I love Jersey Shore (that was hard to admit!) and I love relaxing by playing games on my phone

What's the smartest investment you’ve made for yourself?

I began therapy at age two and continued until I discovered coaching in my late 30's. Working on myself has been a joy and in some ways addictive. When I see how I've transformed over the years, coming into the best version of myself, investing time and energy in my personal growth was all worth it and still is.

What’s MOST important to you right now?

Getting my business to the point where I can coach, spend time on business development, teach, publish my book, host retreats and workshops, speak and inspire, while balancing my personal life with my husband, family and friends.

Share 1-2 books that have impacted you the most:

The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein, and I am big on giving people blank journals
