How do you define success?

Happiness and health

What did it take to make your dream happen and when did you know you had arrived?

Taking huge leaps of faith and listening to my instincts. Still arriving.

What are you most proud of? Go ahead, boast a little!

Having multiple wonderful careers, traveling the planet, being an environmentalist, being with my partner / husband for 27 years, winning some awards, helping children learn about music and many other things, having courage.

What was your biggest obstacle/fear and what was your turning point?

Limited thinkers in my life. Had to create distance to protect myself. Easier said than done.

What’s the best advice you’d give to a younger you?

More networking!

How do you stay motivated and purposeful when you feel overwhelmed?

Nature is my salvation, my inspiration, and my teacher.

Tell us a time when a perceived failure was actually a blessing in disguise or served you in a surprising way.

Oh there are so many. I left a particularly difficult work situation that paid me a high salary. The financial deficit forced me to take big risks and led me to my happiest most fulfilling job ever.

What is your favorite vice/guilty pleasure/strange habit? Come on now, we all have them!

Wine and watching the NM sunsets. Being with animals. Travel.

What's the smartest investment you’ve made for yourself?

Investing in myself and company. Education. My home.

What’s MOST important to you right now?

Time.
